Politically Impolite is an online apparel store offering political satire, protest-themed, humorous, and other graphic apparel and merchandise.
Our products are produced on demand. We use third-party production and fulfillment partners, including Printify, to manufacture and ship orders to customers.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method associated with your order.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, colors, images, sizing, and other product information.
However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, monitor, or display settings.
Because our products are produced on demand, minor variations in color, placement, or appearance may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information or pricing at any time.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory or production issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can enter production.
Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible because our products are made specifically for each order.
5. Made-to-Order Products
Most Politically Impolite products are made to order rather than manufactured and stored as inventory.
This helps us reduce waste and allows us to offer a wider variety of designs.
Because each product is produced specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or selected the wrong color.
Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
6. Pricing
Product prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and paid for, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Shipping charges and applicable taxes may be added to your order at checkout.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are produced and fulfilled through third-party fulfillment providers.
Production times and shipping times vary depending on the product, fulfillment provider, destination, and shipping method.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or otherwise does not match what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and photographs showing the issue.
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable fulfillment-provider policies.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or other non-defective issues.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Purchasing a product from Politically Impolite does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual property.
